The SolarEdge 225A Slim Current Transformer (CT) is designed for accurate electrical current measurement in compatible SolarEdge energy monitoring systems. Its slim split-core clamp design allows the CT to be installed around an existing conductor without disconnecting the conductor, making it particularly convenient for residential and commercial solar installations.

When connected to a compatible SolarEdge energy meter or inverter with integrated consumption metering, the CT allows the system to measure electrical current for applications such as consumption monitoring, import/export monitoring, export limitation, and smart energy management.
