Shipping policy
At Outbuyer, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders processed before 1:00 pm CST will be shipped same day, all other standard orders are shipped the following business day..
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays.
Shipping Methods
Most items are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Large or oversized items may be shipped via a freight common carrier.
Freight Shipping
For large freight shipments, please contact shipping@outbuyer.com for a custom shipping quote.
Freight deliveries may require additional coordination, including liftgate service or delivery appointments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
Custom freight quotes will be provided prior to shipment for oversized items. Contact us at support@outbuyer.com for custom quotes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost Orders
An order is deemed lost when the tracking number does not show any updates for 7 consecutive days. Please contact us at support@outbuyer.com for replacement/credit.
International
We typically ship domestic only. International orders can be placed depending on items being ordered and destination country. Please contact us at support@outbuyer.com for international rates/duties/tariffs/brokerage fees.
