Shipping policy

At Outbuyer, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

All standard orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most items are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Large or oversized items may be shipped via a freight common carrier.

For large freight shipments, please contact shipping @outbuyer.com for a custom shipping quote.

Freight deliveries may require additional coordination, including liftgate service or delivery appointments.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Custom freight quotes will be provided prior to shipment for oversized items.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
