This listing is for a used Hobart 2712 commercial meat and cheese slicer, a heavy‑duty NSF/UL listed unit designed for deli, restaurant, and commissary use. It features a powerful 1/2 HP motor, 12" stainless steel CleanCut knife, and semi‑automatic operation for consistent, repeatable slicing of meats and cheeses.
